It is our mission to facilitate self-employment for care providers; thus, giving them control over their employment.
We empower our care providers in three main ways:
(1) Care providers set their own schedule: they determine when they work - and thereby when they don’t work.
(2) They determine the rate for their services. This means that they can
leverage their valuable skills and experience, earning what they deem fit. (3)They have access to an additional income stream that does not interfere with their current employment.
